Shipping policy

A note to our valued customers:

We custom make each piece to order and that process does take time - in some cases, up to two weeks.

We appreciate your support of our slow fashion brand and your patience. We are working hard behind the scenes to fulfill orders as soon as possible.

Canada

UPS shipping is FREE for all orders $100 or more. On smaller orders, we ship standard ground for a flat rate of $15. Canadian orders are of course subject to GST/HST.

To Our Valued U.S. Customers,

Unfortunately, our belts are currently subject to U.S. import tariffs, which will be calculated at checkout. The good news is that our handbags and small leather goods remain tariff-free. We sincerely appreciate your continued support and look forward to the day when we can once again offer our belts tariff-free to our American friends.

International

We currently do not ship outside Canada and the United States.

Delivery times and tracking

Each BRAVE product is custom made-to-order, so it takes a little time. You will receive an email when your order is shipped.

You can track the progress of your order from placement to final delivery using the link on your original order confirmation email.
